What I understand from your brief job post is that you need help with planning your business, particularly with business development. Business development is easier and more effective when you have a complete business plan that describes clearly the special value that you provide to customers.
I have several decades of practical experience in business in senior to top executive positions and as an entrepreneur (developing computer applications and providing consultancy assistance). The experience is backed by a continuing program of training and research that have kept my up to date (I started in pre-Internet days and now help clients with Internet marketing).
In the present case, my suggestion is that we should first focus on developing a complete business model, looking at the market, customers, competitors and the special value you deliver to customers. We will then look at the business processes and how you can organize these in a cost-controlled way. Finally, we will look briefly at the financials.
We can then focus on developing a detailed plan for business development.
Looking forward to work with you and with best regards,
Gopinathan
