Fund raisier for UK company -- 2

At a high level, we are looking for a freelancer to - set up the financial vehicles/bank account(s) at the core of our new UK company, - find us new shareholders, and finally, - raise funds for the company from traditional lenders. Please note that the fundraising part is the end goal/deliverable. Being permanently resident in Britain is a requirement for this project, as the ability to represent us physically in the UK is most crucial for a successful outcome.
