arduino simple relay outputs on timer

I want 3 discreet outputs on an adjustable timer schedule(using milli i suspect). The output signals will activate independent relays.

For example: one signal may activate every hour for 3 minutes. Another function will send 2 signals every 3 hours for 4 minutes.
