Hello, I need help with the following: Need recommendation on the fastest M.2 SSD for my laptop Lenovo ThinkPad P71 Part No: 20HKCTO1WW (Intel Core i7-7700HQ Processor, 64 gb ram, win 7 pro, currently running on Intel 535 Series ssd) Need help in cloning M.2 SSD. What cloning software will you use? Need help in configuring Intel 535 Series ssd which will be taken out of Lenovo ThinkPad P71 mentioned above and installed into HP Pavilion dv7-6c95dx Intel Core i7 with 16 gb ram. I previously experimented this approach but it did not work because HP could not boot up and a blue screen appeared with a lot of zeros. The same intel ssd works perfectly in Lenovo ThinkPad P71 but not in HP Pavilion dv7-6c95dx so clearly its a configuration issue. How will you resolve this? Below are the details of Lenovo ThinkPad P71 OS Name Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Version 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601 Other OS Description Not Available OS Manufacturer Microsoft Corporation System Name SAMSUNGSSD-PC System Manufacturer LENOVO System Model 20HKCTO1WW System Type x64-based PC Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz, 2801 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s) BIOS Version/Date LENOVO N1TET49W (1.23 ), 5/21/2018 SMBIOS Version 3.0 Windows Directory C:\Windows System Directory C:\Windows\system32 Boot Device \Device\HarddiskVolume1 Locale United States Hardware Abstraction Layer Version = "6.1.7601.24308" User Name samsungSSD-PC\PME Time Zone Pacific Standard Time Installed Physical Memory (RAM) 64.0 GB Total Physical Memory 63.4 GB Available Physical Memory 51.4 GB Total Virtual Memory 127 GB Available Virtual Memory 113 GB Page File Space 63.4 GB Page File C:\[login to view URL]

Hello, I am a tech enthusiast and have been building and modifying PCs since I was 12. I currently own a heavily modified Alienware 17R4 and still fiddle that and my friends PCs everyday so I precisely understand what you require. As I understand, in summary, you current have a Lenovo ThinkPad P71 and a HP Pavilion dv7-6c95dx. You want to clone the Intel 535 Series SSD currently in your Lenovo to a new high-end M.2 NVMe SSD and use that in your Lenovo workstation laptop and then move the Intel SSD to HP laptop while keeping the Windows installation. So basically you want to end up having identical windows setup for both laptops. If the above is true, please note that migrating an existing Windows installation to a new hardware is very complex and not always guaranteed. While I have done this many times in the past, I still do not recommend this and a clean installation is generally the way to go for best reliability. If you still want to proceed, I can definitely help you with this as I have plenty of experience in what you require. Please let me know if you want to proceed with this or discuss other alternates. P.S. I am new freelancer on this site and am only interested in making my name for now. Thus, I am extremely high value for money. ;) Best regards, Umer

PM me for more info. I could tell you the answer now but that wouldn't be much fun/profit for me. What do you mean by clone? Do you want to copy the data to the new drive or do you have something else in mind? WARNING : If you want to put the old SSD into a different computer you will not be able to keep the windows installation on that SSD.
