Convert small node.js sample to C# Winform sample.

I need help converting a small node.js OCR example (-> [login to view URL] ) into a C# Winform sample app for easier testing. The example app is every simple: One button to load the test image, and a second button to start the OCR process. I attached a mockup. Essentially this sample extends the very basic example that is already available at the website. The API documentation itself is only available in Chinese, but the node.js example has plenty of English comments. The completed solution needs to be a Visual Studio 2013 or 2015 project and compile without errors. I have an API key, and can share it with you. You do not have to register one yourself.
