Create App in C# Multithread

Hello, I need a source code in C#. Operation: * You should have a configuration file where you can define the total number of threads that can be used at each stage. * The system must have 3 stages, which will be processed in different threads: 1) Capture the HTML of the page using the WebBrowser component (Configuration file to define total threads of this step) 2) Process HTML (Configuration file to define total threads of this step) 3) Saves the result in the database (Configuration file to define total threads of this step) * As each thread completes the next threads follow processing. No need to do code to save to database and complete handling of HTML, I will complete the code in the future. Example of use: 1) system will receive an array of sites to browse example: array [0] = {"seq01", "[login to view URL]"} array [1] = {"seq02", "[login to view URL]"} array [2] = {"seq03", "[login to view URL]"} 2) Capture the HTML title 3) Store in an object to save to the database in the future.
