Have you tried publishing the Project locally on your IIS first? Try to publish it, right click the .Net Project in Visual Studio and select Publish, follow the steps and deploy locally on your development PC. Once that is done, Map your Desktop's IIS to map on it and then try to run the App through localhost, if it works, then just copy the folder that you had mapped with IIS and move it to your Windows 2016 server and map your IIS similarly. I guess, that should work for you without any issue. Regards

it might be your server don't find SysWow64 becouse some kernal dll is level of marshallref object,can you try using some microsoft dll in same type of properties in iis server.
