Current State:
Currently, the infrastructure uses a SharePoint 2003 server on a Windows Server 2003 system.
At the moment about 50 gigabytes of data are used on the SharePoint system.
The server is currently located on one of the Windows Server Hyper-V hosts in the network and is due to old age very insufficiently protected and no longer on the current state of the software. On the SharePoint no special adjustments have been made currently (it's a normal standard installation).
There are only data and a team calendar included in the SharePoint, which should be available in this form on the new system again.
As the database, a SQL Server 2008 DB resides on the SharePoint.
Target State:
The company wants an infrastructure upgrade of the Windows Server 2003 system to the currently available SharePoint 2019 version and Windows Server 2019 Standard Server base version.
The licenses and software installation files for the required Windows Server 2019 system and SharePoint system would be provided by the company.
The server system including SharePoint Server and data should then be hosted on the Hyper-V server we have already made available in 2017.
Concomitant to the upgrade project we as a company would support the move in the form of installation & configuration of the server system, SharePoint and SQL Instance. The general SharePoint data transfer would then be done via one of our SharePoint experts.
The following points should be reflected on the new SharePoint:
The menu tabs should be the same.
Very important is the SharePoint team calendar.

In the main area (home page), all employees should receive read and write access.

Read access: all employees
Premissons Service and IT-Infrastructure:
Write access: 2 persons
Read access: all employees
