Save svg json data to sql in a .net core environment

We need to be able to save, access and edit selection from svg file to sql in a .net core page. We have the page ready but want to be abl to save, access and edit data from a web application. The models are many-to-many relationship. We are currently able to send data to controller but cannot save and edit. Files and further explanation will be sent upon acceptance of assignment or through chat to shortlisted candidates. The interested candidate should be able to work with .net core, js, maybe json and knockout and should be a short straightforward task for an experienced person.
