Hello, I am professional software developer expert in C#, .NET. ASP.NET MVC, HTML, Javascript, WebApi MSSQL and many other Microsoft Technologies. If the structure of the windows desktop applications are well organized I suppose we will be able to extract the backend part and integrate it into the ASP.NET web application. Of course if it is required we can build a web service to increase the scalability and centralize the accessibility to the data even to other non web clients and devices. The important part is also the original database. If it is required we will need to rework it. However I suppose you still want to keep working the old system based on standalone Windows Applications.
