I need a font converting into CNC Cutting files for the whole alphabet all upper case, slight font modifications req

I need a font (provided) converting into CNC Cutting files. These files need to be cut on a CNC wooden milling machine/Laser cutter It will be the whole alphabet all upper case, slight font modifications required so will require a couple of backwards and forwards of the files to discuss changes. Each letter will require 10 holes to place lights inside all equally spaced (from examples of images provided) I'll need 1 cad file that can be opened in both Autocad and Solidworks. This will have all the letters in and a few other shapes (love heart, star, ambersand, hashtag, exclamation, question mark, number 0-9) Then 2 sets of files as a cutting files. One set at 4ft tall the other at 6ft tall.
