We want to create a manual for our external call centre (outsourced). We have been using them for 7 months and have around 150 recorded calls, average 3 mins each. We need you to listen to all the calls, prepare questions to ask us to insert into the manual and to prepare a full manual for the call centre that covers all our departments, questions that callers normally ask.. etc

Hello there, I have over 3 years previous experience of working in a call center (started as an operator, was promoted to a shift supervisor, and then later overtook some HR, administrative, and T&Q management functions), and some experience in preparing SOPs as well. I have worked with Stream, LaSorContact, MEA Global. I managed a 100 person multi location service desk at one of the largest financial companies on the globe. I led the project to insource the service, then we built out both onshore and offshore locations in both US and Malaysia. I worked with our director and offshore manager to develop our operations manual, training program, quality assurance program. We listened to calls, had a scoring system for the calls and then had the team leads review spot checked calls with each team member. The focus was to catching them doing something good and encourage that while also looking for areas of needed improvement. We met all of our SLAs including First Call Resolution, Average Talk Time, Customer Satisfaction, Average Speed to Answer.

Hi Sir, Good Day.. I'm Nayeem and am from India. I'm a new freelancer here and am a student too.. I have read your need that u need to prepare an "Call Center Manual". All u need us,is to listen to your calls and prepare a manual that covers all your departments and questions that are frequently/normally asked by customers.. U also said that avg call time is 3 minutes each. I think am a good audiophile, that helps me too as well as u to complete the task. Regarding the payment My bid is of around $555. I don't need any advance to start the work If that was given to me.. I just need you to Escrow the money.. Regarding the work I have prepared a plan.. U said average call was 3 minutes duration. Lets take it as 5 minutes to have a better understanding. so 150*5=750 minutes. its about 12.5 hours.. Lets take is as 13 hours totally. And lets us assume that Avg time spent on work is about 2 to 2.5 hours a day.. So 7 days to complete the calls and to have an good idea about the callers. from next day I shall start my work regarding the Manual. So it may take around 15 days time. I shall submit the work if it is completed before the proposed date. I found this very challenging and quite interesting too.. I'm sure that I can complete this work very effectively and efficiently.
