Simple desktop applet for PC

Environment: Desktop, Windows 10, PC Purpose: This applet uploads a text document Does (multiple) word replacements (one at a time) Then outputs a plain text file dividing the text into sections of 19,950 characters +/-. No words should be divided by the character count. Each section should be followed by 4 page breaks, and then a line of --------------------------------------------------------------, then 4 more page breaks.
