I am an experienced HR Professional, based in Hertfordshire. My current role is HR Advisor for a Local Authority. I am currently studying a MA in Human Resource Management, and am a CIPD member. I have recently graduated from the University of Hertfordshire with a BA (Hons) in Leadership and Professional Development. Prior to my current role, I worked as a line manager for 10 years within the Retail sector. I am experienced in delivering training to managers. I have the required presentation skills, knowledge of the subject field and ability to adapt my approach to the individual as needed.
