Community Development Planner
$15-25 USD / hour
Consulting firm that has been providing long range planning services for municipalities for nearly 20 years is seeking candidates that have knowledge of public policy development with experience writing (or assisting in writing) municipal planning documents such as HUD Consolidated Plans, Analysis of Impediments, Housing Elements or an equivalent. Will consider individuals currently employed in public agencies and have experiences developing these planning document, or, Public Policy or Public Administration graduate students.
Resumes will be accepted on a rolling basis. The opportunity is immediate and will last 3-6 months. Compensation is monthly and depends on experience. Candidate is expected to commit at least 20 hours a week as a consultant.
