+++Responsibilities+++ Content-- Post daily on Twitter (has template)-- Post daily on Instagram (has template)-- Post daily on Facebook (2 pages) (has template)-- Post 1x per week on LinkedIn (2019)-- Post 1x per week on YouTube (2019)-- Create images with different quotes (1 DK for IG/Twitter; 1 IG [guest]; 2-3 Twitter [guest])--- +++Administration++++ Complete weekly social media stats to measure progress--- Update download URL from Libsyn for new episodes on templates--- Create unique URL weekly within WordPress for new interviews--- Engage audience on social media platforms as Dan (questions; comments; etc.)--- Maintain/Refresh social media templates with updated info from show episodes--- Locate add'l quotes within copy when production company does not provide enough--- Complete training (articles/videos) as assigned to improve outcomes for social media--- Complete daily/weekly to-dos & check-ins within Basecamp to ensure communication---- +++Technology skills needed++++ Google Suite (docs; sheets)--- Twitter; Instagram; Facebook--- Adobe Spark or similar image creation platform--- Hootsuite or similar social media maintenance platform--- ++++Soft skills needed+++ Creative--- Motivated--- Organized--- Takes ownership--- Attention to detail--- Adaptive to change--- Good communication--- Desire to learn & grow--- +++Ideally you have+++ Experience using WordPress & Libsyn--- An understanding of social media metrics--- 2+ years experience in social media management--- An understanding of how to improve engagement--- +++Bonus if you have experience with+++ Bitly--- Basecamp--- Photoshop or InDesign--- Gifs; Creating videos ("sizzle posts")---- Zoom or other web conferencing platform----
