I need someone to prepare a contract draft for web-site development and maintenance: Company A maintains, develops, updates etc. the website, Company B pays for it once a month. Monthly amount is not fixed and can have some fluctuations. Company A should invoice total amount of hours spent by its employees for this job multiplied on a fixed hourly rate. Thus we can invoice the amount we need by hours amount changing. All domains, programs belongs to company B. Companies are affiliated, so contract will not be used in real, I mean this contract will not be used to claim or something like this, legal terms are not very important. We need it for tax authorities only and to use in accounting.
