Review legal draft contract for development/manufacturing agreement

We have a product design/development agreement with production clause. We would like to look for someone with experience in drafting contracts to review an existing contract, give some advise how it can be improved, and add some specific clauses where needed or requested. This agreement must be drafted in favor of contractor/manufacturer and NOT in favor of Client, but should still remain readable/focus to the key points that mortal humans still can understand.
