Hello...I just came across your project and would be very interested in working on it with you. Allow me to share how I came to enjoy and learn recipe writing. An amateur cook myself, I have always worked on improving some recipes I know, recreating authentic and traditional dishes I grew up on and continue to try to make my own recipes. While doing that, I also had a project that's on pause right now of opening my own place and for that, I recreated and remade many recipes of traditional dishes into writing so it can be portioned and chef friendly.
