Legal Contracts

Hello I am starting a business and am in need of guidance and advice of the type of documents I need. Thus far I feel I need the following: 1) A contract for clients to put 50% down and 50% upon completion that can be used in person and online. Also something that I can use for online sales where they click that they agree to the terms and conditions. Also it must clearly state what they are receiving for their payment so we may refer to it if they continue asking for more then what is paid for. 1a) A contract that has a 6 month to 1 year maintenance fee that they will agree too. Also a statement that I may charge their CC automatically monthly for a 6 month or a 1 year contract. CC authorization form. 1b) A statement in the contract that if the client does not respond or cooperate with the project they will be automatically billed the final 50% after 3 months. 2) A contract for my service providers that they will perform a specified service (website design, logo design etc) for a flat rate. Also they will not hold the company liable etc. Basically an an independent contractor agreement. Return emails within 24 hours, non-compete, non-disclosure agreement. Termination at any time. 3) A contract for my sales reps that they will be paid X amount per specified program or maintenance program sold with prices and payouts open to change at any time. Also to protect me from liability or overselling the product or service and holding the company liable. Return emails within 24 hours, non-compete, non-disclosure agreements. Termination at any time. These contracts must work online and protect me in all 50 states (in the USA) from any type of liability. I am seeking a lawyer who can work with me to address any issues, provide realistic advice and can also make revisions as needed. I do have a independent contractor doc and agreement doc from a previous lawyer but they are in need of revisions. Thank you,
