Overall Story line ( Will provide more context for visuals during next step) How does a local restaurant owner get customers to come and eat your amazing food, and keep them coming? Take Sally for example, at Chang’s Wok. Sally paid $1000’s of dollars for her website and online ordering system. She also uses many 3rd party companies to get customers. However these 3rd party companies eat into her profit, and her in-house online sales hasn't really taken off. Sally’s sees a huge rush for the Restaurant, Jakes Greek Food next door, almost every day. When Sally saw Jake, she asked him how his Greek restaurant is doing so well in her area. The first thing Jake did was to look up Sally’s Restaurant in Google by searching for what most people would- “ Chinese food near me”. To their surprise, Sally’s Chang’s WOk did NOT show up until a few pages down even though they were standing right next door. So Jake looked for her website online and saw that it was not very appealing to an average customer. When he tried to order online, it was confusing and couldn't put together the order he wanted. ( As Jake explains show visuals) Jake told Sally, Let me show you what happens when you look for Greek food near me Sally saw that Jakes Greek food came up at the top of the list. The website was stunning and made her hungry just looking at the pictures. More over the online ordering was seamless and well put together for a great customer experience. Jake further explained that his customers got text notifications for when the food was ready, making them feel like first class customers. And anyone who ordered got points that they could use for future orders. And they receive emails and texts messages that remind them of the amazing food Jake has and encouraging customers to order again. And his favorite part, is his Restaurants own app, that his customers download. They get all the latest deals, promotional information, and points. His customers love this! Sally was amazed and told Jake - “ you must have spent a fortune on this” . Hope it was worth it. I just dont have the funds for something like this.
