INSTRUCTIONS a) please read all requirements before bidding b) needed working examples c) use program FFMPEG from webpage "[login to view URL]", freeware programs d) expected results in time that you select, do not wait for me to be online, it is your responsibility to publish or send results in time e) each program needs to be in separate ZIP, and needs to have whole project and APK file PROGRAMS: 1)step by step instruction where to lick to import project, only JPG pictures needed 2) APK file with project files with 2 buttons, and preview window, when we click button1 it should record video then use FFMPEG to cut video from 00:00:01 to 00:00:03 seconds and save it. When we click button2 it should play what is cut video. 3) APK file with project files of program that records video when we press button1, after pressing button2 it should stop recording and then it should use some green screen video that it would overlay over recorded video
