The overlay should save off the original video and only write the overlay on a copy. There should always be two videos after this process is complete: the original video and the video over-layed with Trackman data.
Once the overlay retrieves the Trackman data from the database, it should use the OpenCV library to write the data on the video.
Writing the data to the video should not open it for viewing. The overlay should load the video and silently open each frame, writing the Trackman metrics onto the video, then move on to the next frame. The video does not need to be seen until the user wishes.
Once the overlay is complete, the overlay application should upload the video to the web server.
The overlay front end will be written in QT for C++.
