you need to reconcile every payment with statement lines. SAP COULD HELP ALOT BUT NEED A BEST RECONCILIATION IN SAP what impact do you have on other company books... do you make you use of a GR/IR system... this prevents fraud. Journal processing is risks for companies. there must be 1 central point for payments weekly and monthly... not everyday. the must me delegation of authority in departments through the company stament and invoice readers but must be profitable in the long run
