Building a responsive website through coding

I need a new website. I need you to design and build my website. Let me share some details 1)The website will have around 10-12 pages 2) Any user can visit the main 5-6 pages of the website 3) There would be an option to register an user . The registration can be done by Facebook, Gmail or by providing email-id. There should be an option to verify the user through email as well as mobile number. 4) Once after registration the person logs in, he/she can then create his profile. The profile will contain his photograph, his interests and also option to upload a file if he wants. There should be a limit on the size of the photo and the document which he wants to upload 5) The logged in user, should also have an option to select a service from a list of available service. For eg: Lets say the user selects "Haircut". He doesn't have to schedule the service, He just needs to select the name of service he wants 6) The user will then pay the required amount for the service online ( Payment Gateway will be needed) 7) Then the admin should be notified of the same. After the admin is notified, he will provide the service to the user offline. The user's profile will then be updated by the admin manually with the details of the scheduled service. i.e date, time of service and the person who would provide the service. 8) The user if logs in again, he/she would be able to see a list of services he has taken in the past. So basically there will be 3 types of Login profiles. 1) For User 2) Sevice Provider - He can see the services assigned to him. 3) Admin - Who will manually assign the service provider to the user.
