Simple 1 screen webpage using html and maybe some jquery

I need a simple webpage made. I want the JS bundle (HTML, JS, CSS) The flow of the webpage will follow how this image looks like. It's a single flowing page that has a bunch of images and text styled in different ways. I want someone to make this using HTML and use a component library like bootstrap(or others if you prefer). The technical challenge of this project is when some hits the bottom of the screen they will see a popup from the bottom with a carousel of images.
