I have noticed the Customer Service job advert and I would like to apply for this position.
I have experience working as a virtual assistant doing phone and chat customer service, handling written and phone communication as well as different specific tasks such as: data analysis, data entry, phone & web research, follow-up emails, invoicing, accounting, phone recruiting, order processing, organizing records, scheduling meetings, preparing reports and correspondence, Excel files, etc.
I have previously worked as a customer service representative for a company, USA based. I was in charge of recruiting my own team and coordinating it.
My previous customer service activity included different tasks such as: prospecting the market, increasing the leads number, keeping records of customer interactions, registering leads information into different CRM software (Zoho, Pipedrive, ProperWoks CRM, etc), process customer accounts and file documents, contacting and converting leads from different countries into customers, etc.
I am willing to start as soon as possible and I would be very glad to have the chance to cooperate with you and to provide you all my support for all the ongoing projects.
