As an IT Officer, everyday end-user support is my daily responsibility including the following applications and software: Internet (including social medias), MS Office Tools (such as MS word, excel, powerpoint and outlook), experienced in resetting/unlocking/managing AD passwords. In addition, I am knowledgeable in using Adobe Photoshop where I can remove/change backgrounds or merge multiple images into a single image and I am able to type 50wpm with near 99% accuracy.
