111709 forums posting -running topic

I need someone to post messages in 7 well known running/runners forums(not mine), someone with good writting skill while with some running knowledges. I will need 400 posts across seven forums. Each post about 30+ words and has to be meaningful. Absolutely *NO SPAM* when post messages in those forums, you need to prepare to participate in those community while doing post, either reply to old thread or create your own topics(50/50) So some running knowledges are definitely a PLUS! Seven account/username have been created for each forum and details will be provided before project start. Each user name will have a signature with my website url, so people can click to our sites after reading your post, that way I can increase my web site standings and traffic.
