VA / Remote Employees needed

I need several Virtual Assistants/Remote Employees to do different stuff, such as bookkeeping, finding and organizing information from the internet or with telephone, monitoring and reporting, setting appointments, data entry, research, purchasing, website, MS Access development etc. Besides that there will be different ad-hoc assignments. I will expect you to solve problems within all your listed qualifications within this agreement Our company is a small international company with customers in many European countries. We work in the printing industry You speak very well English; if you speak other European languages it will be to your advantage. We will use email and Skype for our communication. I am hoping to develop a long and steady relationship. REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS You can work full time or part time. We will agree on which hours you must - unconditionally - be available to me. Please expect that I will be requiring that some of your work time will be scheduled on Saturdays/Sundays, as I will have extra time for you those days when the office and production is closed. We are in the GMT-1 time zone, and part of your working time has to be during our normal working hours The payment is 1 USD pr hour OR what you would like to bid below that. You have to be very good at reading instructions you are sent, and I don’t have to tell you things twice. When you work you don’t have everything else in your head. You must have an always-on flat-rate broadband connection, as there will be a lot of data traffic and communication You must be able to work with Remote Desktop, Access, Excel, Word, and Acrobat Reader You don’t necessarily need to be perfect in all programs – and maybe you have some other great qualifications – TELL ME in your motivation.
