Administration and Customer Support Position Full Time Position, Rs 110,000 - 180,000 per year plus bonuses. Company description Our company provides high quality children’s extracurricular and enrichment activities in Australia. Across our programs, the parents of children who undertake activities with us have high expectations of our services and we want to achieve administrative excellence so that we can exceed their expectations in their contact with us. We coordinate activities from our Sydney based office, which is the heart of our operations, and we have positions open for organised freshers and experienced candidates to provide remote support for our office, teachers and clients. Job description We have 2 job positions open for administration professionals to work standard full time hours from home. Responsibilities include: update student details based on reports from teaching staff provide exceptional administrative assistance to Sydney based Customer Care staff Reply to client emails to assist them with their administrative queries. Other administrative support as required Completing routine tasks during regular working hours and other tasks before deadlines. Pay and conditions Rs 110,000 - 180,000 depending on experience plus bonuses. increasing up to Rs 300,000 after 5 - 7 years based on performance record. Opportunity for promotion to Administration Manager for the right person as our company grows. 5 weeks PTO The basis of job is as a contractor. An invoice from the hired individual will need to be provided to us each month for payment. Job requirements Logistics As this is a home based position there are a few requirements Reliable and fast internet at home (we will pay for installation and usage) Suitable computer A suitable place at home from which you can work effectively and without distraction. Personal Attributes High integrity and honesty. High attention to detail. Understand and demonstrate company values. Hard working and self motivated. Accountable. Must complete all work before end of shift, no excuses (not even really good ones). Willing to communicate any and all problems and potential problems to Sydney based staff immediately, before any problem begins to adversely affect work tasks. Must work diligently during work hours. Keep client data safe and secure. Attend a video call with Sydney based staff each day at 3:30 Sydney time. Keep in regular and consistent contact with other overseas based staff throughout each day. Skills Must have good verbal english communication skills, for discussing tasks with Sydney based staff. Must have excellent written english skills for understanding client emails and responding appropriately. Strong problem solving skills. Comfortable using technology. Comfortable using online software database type software. Able to learn tasks from videos. High attention to detail. Efficient with data entry. Be able to quickly refer to resources as needed. Be able to follow up on missing communications from other staff.
