A Staffing organization and Recruiting industry hiring short and long term temporary employees. The ideal candidate needs to have excellent written and oral communication skills. Be able to multitask, answering multiple phone lines, work on various tasks, gather timesheets and support department managers. Previous experience in office clerical, administration and documentation is a plus, but not necessary. Verify and keep track of all new employee hiring documentation. The candidate must be proficient in MS Office suite. A high degree to accuracy and attention to details are a must. This position is full time day. Must be able to handle pressure and always keep a positive attitude. Work well with others. Must be a very dependable.
Keeping track of new employees hiring paperwork
Responsible for keeping the office well organized and maintained

Handling confidential and non-routine information
Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an office admin support.
Have good judgment, quick thinking, and good posture under pressure.
Excellent computer and Internet skills
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with web applications
Must be results oriented and a team player.
