You should be able to input the buyer and co-buyer and vehicle information (vin, year etc) then the spreadsheets should automatically generate a bill of sale, As is Agreement, Odometer Disclosure, FL Title Application form, Federal Buyer's Guide, and about two other forms. These forms should be already fill out with the information provided.
