Data Entry Job
This is a brief to: Order and digitise all the financial information in the attached folder.
Please see the attached spread sheet for a template - You may ‘Save As’ version2 and continue working or create something similar.
(please note only some data has been entered as an example)
We expect that you will approach Part 1 of this project like this:
1. Review the information in the attached photographic images and enter in chronological order (by date)
2. Mark if GST has been paid or not
3. Add up the “Amount” total at the end of each month
This information needs to be copied across as accurately as possible and will require some initiative to decipher handwriting.
Part 2 can be completed on Sheet 2 of the Xcel spreadsheet ‘MH Bank Statements’
1. Review the information in the attached bank statements and enter into Spreadsheet or create something similar.
2. Start each month with the ‘Opening Balance’ and end with ‘Current Balance’
