We are doing some migration into a new system and discovered we have a lot of duplicate data on the old system see the attachment that best describes what the data looks like. We now have a clean record on our new database after asking people to re-register but will like to import and match contribution records from the old system into the new system one matching the right person record. we have about 14000 people record on the old system and about 2000 records on the new system we are looking for a freelancer that can use an automated tool or script to go through the new people record and find all matching contribution records in the old data. both files will be given in csv format the expected delivery will be a csv or excel file with contribution records with duplicates merged and containing the right email and name The Project will be divided into two phases Phase 1 Help Format Data collected from google sheets into format for new system Phase 2 Do data clean up of contribution data as outline above
