I have a list of 20,000 adresses [login to view URL] the adresses to see if sold before 2008 once you google scroll down to realtor .com to get most accurate last sold data. If sold before 2008 add the adresses to the spreadsheet . If sold after get 2008 rid of them. If you cant find a last sold add it to the list anyway . Make sure they are only single family 2. Find first name and last name Use [login to view URL]( you will need to create 7 day free trial) If the name is a llc,corp,bank,county of,properties get rid of the adress 3. Go to [login to view URL] and find the owners number.& email addresses Only put numbers in if you click on the number and it matches the current owners name . If no wireless numbers match or its just landlines or theres no number at all at the a separate number not found spreadsheet .
