I am looking for a basic help in emailing potential clients to introduce my company and services. We are targeting companies attending conventions across Canada. Our site is [login to view URL], we offer fully products and services in printing and want to help clients full fill there needs for conventions. We will provide a monthly report on the conventions upcoming: The responsibilities would be: 1) Download the exhibitor list 2) Call or check site for the person in charge of the printing they need for the convention 3) Send an introductory email with our info 4) Provide a report to us on a weekly basis (excel) of your results.
