Hi, I am trying to build a contact list for the list of UK companies in the attached document. The format for which i would like the Excel document completed is within the document(see attached). There are 5 tabs in the doc with a total of 3952 company names. I would like the following contacts names and e-mail addresses: - CFO/Chief Financial Officer - Finance Director - Head of Finance - Group Financial Controller - Financial Controller - Managing Director - CIO - Head of IT/Head of IS/Head of Information Systems - Head of Business Systems It is important that the list of companies are kept in the order they are currently in, with the contacts added as per the 'Sample' company at the top of each of the 5 tabs. One is LinkedIn profile Sales Navigator, as I've checked some of the companies and their websites they seldom indicate the names of the people that you want to get their contact. The other is advance google search method. One Question: You said that the order of the companies must not changed right? So if I get multiple positions/contacts example : One CFO, One Finance Director etc. where do you want to put there names? add columns for them? or add rows?or just want one contact for each ?
