I am a Realtor focused on leasing in Toronto and looking for someone to make daily postings of properties on two platforms: Cragslist and Zumper. I need someone who is professional and committed to working daily at around 2am EST every day.
What I'm looking to do is quite simple:
1) I will send you two emails every morning (approx. 1am Toronto time). Each email will contain a list of properties that have come on the market the prior day that have met criteria that I have pre-set. One list will be for homes/semi-detached/townhouses and the other list is for condos.
2) You will first review the list which contains homes/semi-detached/townhouses. If there are more than 5 properties on the list, please select the 5 properties with the best photographs. These will be the properties you repost on Cragslist & Zumper.
3) If there are less than 5 properties on the list of homes, then look at the email with the list of condos, and then select as many homes as needed so that a total of 5 postings are made between the two lists. For example, if only 3 homes are included on the Homes List, then only 2 condos will need to be posted from the Condos List, adding to 5 properties listed total. If only 1 home is on the Homes List, then 4 Condos will need to be posted from the Condos List. Please always select the properties with the best photos.
4) You will then start the process of making the postings:
i) Copy the written contents from each listing (see "Client Remks" section & "Details" section in the attachment provided),
ii) Temporarily save the pictures from the listing on your computer,
iii) Post the listing with the written contents, pictures, and my personal signature with my email. This will need to happen in the morning (before 8 am Toronto time) everyday.
iv*) For Cragslist you will need to make a title for the posting. This will be a combination of complimentary words ([login to view URL], Modern, Elegant) + The type of home (Home, Semi-Detached, Townhouse, Condo) + Location (at Elm St & Main St, at Jhon St & Adelaide St).
* I have attached a visual guide explaining how to transfer the contents from my email list to Cragslist & Zumper.
I would say it takes 3-5 minutes or so to set up one ad, so I would say this would take about 40 minutes every day (5 properties x 2 sites x 4 minutes/posting). It may take longer at the start, but will eventually only take about 40 minutes.
