Improve our excel forms filled by hand. Mejorar el proceso de llenado de Formularios

Good morning. First, So sorry for my English. ( Tambien pueden comunicarse en español ) I would like to ask some help to improve the way that we are used to fill our internal forms. I’m working in a small entrepreneurship, which is dedicated to produce frozen food. We use the forms to keep the control over raw materials or supplies. Also to keep the tracking over the cleaning methods. Nowadays we print the form, the the people have to fill it by hand with a pen. Sometimes they fill the forms with mistakes. So they correct the values with studs. Also we have to keep the forms and this is equal to have a a mount of papers using space. So I have been thinking improve our forms using the help of the digital forms. Now all forms that we have are made in EXCEL. So I would like to put a ANDROID TABLET for all the needs. Like I am imagining, is the people would have all the forms on the main screen of the tablet. Then they have to choose a form to fill it. They fill all the parameters and save it. Something that I can’t forget is about the form should be easy to fill and easy to read because the most persons that are going to fill the forms are elderly people. So I don’t know if we just need fill forms by acrobat reader or excel. Or do we need a app. Then all the values filled on the form are going to keep in a file which contains all the values because some forms are used to control by week or month. All this information collected by forms (raw materials) then is used to introduce in our countable system. So the information collected should presented in excel or pdf files. Also would be great have the competency to edit and create new forms. I have upload a file for example. Thanks
