I need an excel expert to carry out data analysis and find any trends

I've been given a set of test data that I need to analyse. It's on an excel spreadsheet. I've been asked to do the following: Use the attached data sample “misrep interview data” to:  Analyse levels of non-disclosure Jan-May 2018  Report on trends for product type. Is non-disclosure more prevalent in a specific product type? Is it increasing or decreasing on a monthly basis? Is non-disclosure more common in the older or younger generation? This is for life insurance policies. So the product name is the type of life insurance policy - Column A Sum assured is how much that person is insured for - Column B Date of birth of the applicant - Column C Non-Disclosure is Column D which effectively means that the person lied about a medical condition on their policy, it's divided into the following categories: Deliberate - means they non-disclosed on purpose Negligent - means they non-disclosed and it affected our decision Innocent - means they non-disclosed but it was accidental None - Means there was no non-disclosure Not tested - Means that policy wasn't included in the sample tested.
