LawnWise is looking for a friendly, organized, reliable person with a customer service background, and great phone & clerical skills to join our fast paced and high volume office. Must be punctual, trainable and dependable, and someone who is willing to cross train as we are busy and rely on our team to maintain a smooth running office. Must be self motivated and someone who works well with others but is also comfortable and confident when working alone. Needs to have excellent time management skills and ability to multi task. Attention to detail is also a must. DUTIES INCLUDE: - Ongoing Client Support - Answering Phone Calls - Scheduling Appointments - Collecting and Processing Payments - Verifying New Customers Information - Auditing Accounts - Data Entry
