Job Description – Virtual Assistant for Home Inspection and Mortgage Lending in Renovation Consulting Service
Process Draws for Homeowners for purchases and refinances. (Number 1 Priority)
Process change requests for Homeowners for purchases and refinances. (Number 1 Priority)
Schedule/Create calendar events for 203k and HomeStyle inspections. (Number 1 Priority)
Track new, closed and ongoing 203k’s in Excel. (Number 1 Priority)
Give high producing Realtors and Lenders top attention. (Number 1 Priority)
Send invoices when required for consulting fees when needed.
Coordinate inspections and issues with other administrative assistants. There will be clients who will insist on working with me directly even though I have two virtual assistant. (Number 1 Priority)

You
Monitor communications on three accounts. Track introductions and work orders for new 203k’s, home inspections. Home inspections are generally handled by call center. Respond to emails, letting clients know it was addressed or it was received. A simple response of okay may suffice. (Number 1 Priority)
I will create your own email at some point.
Look for conflicts as far as travel time in calendar. (Number 1 Priority)
Keep statistics on deals from what lender.
Check to see if one of the handful of inspectors we work with, if they are in the area, maybe they are better suited for a draw inspection
Create time sheets so I can get paid from my sub contractor work.
Monitor docusign account for completed draws.
Send out draws to be signed using docusign.
This position is not initially customer facing. Since you are virtual not sure how to do this. ACC receives my phone calls when I don’t answer through call forwarding.
Draws need to be process in a timely basely. I will train you to process draws. I will be doing all of above when you’re not available, sick, vacation or personal matters.
Write directed letters by email using the 203k software to move transactions along.
Intermediate skill level general google internet techologies including MS Office
This is just some of the tasks involved. This list could grow some because it’s a small business.
