Summary: Looking for smart, resourceful, organized, tech-savvy, types fast (50+wpm), has good written and oral communication skills who is available to work and answer phone calls 20+ hours/week during a normal workday (EST). Duties: Assist in office management, time management, scheduling Provide customer service and support Answer phone calls, handle correspondence—emails, faxes, texts etc. Conduct research on various topics as directed Write, edit and assist in publishing materials Skills: Ability to work remotely Punctual and flexible to work overtime Detail oriented with strong day-to-day organizational skills Ability to be proactive, independent, efficient, to organize/prioritize work and perform multiple tasks simultaneously Comfortable working in a medical office setting and interacting with patients and physicians Compensation: Commensurate with qualifications, experience, industry standards, past compensation Benefits: Medical benefits, beautiful offices, opportunities for career growth and a culture of innovation, social responsibility as well as customer and employee satisfaction. Hi there! My name is Adam Benlemlih, and I'm very interested in working with you! I've worked at stores and restaurants, and coached swim and dive teams for several years so I have had lots of experience communicating with people for a living. I am a university student in my second year of studying I.T. and I love to code and learn to use lots of different software/machines. Because of this, I spend a lot of my day at the computer and therefore can type 50-55 words per minute. Unfortunately, I am living in Budapest, Hungary. However, unless I need to be there physically I can definitely do all the tasks that are required for the job, and I can work during what would be day time on the east coast (I am only 6 hours ahead, which I can easily work around). And my schedule is extremely flexible as you need it. I know I'm probably an unorthodox choice for this position, but if you would consider me for this position I know I wouldn't disappoint!
