Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper Position Available
Geelong Cable Locations is one of Victoria’s leading underground utility service locating company. Established almost 20 years ago, the company enjoys an excellent reputation and an impressive list of clients in both the public and private sectors.
We are looking for a full-time and skilled Virtual Assistant/Bookkeeper to provide and maintain efficient and confidential administrative support. You will be working for 40 hours per week, Mondays to Fridays, during Australian business hours. You will be paid $4.00 (AUD) per hour.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
One-on-one customer relations
Handling correspondence and transcribe documents
Assisting in a large range of admin tasks that come up from time to time
You must meet the following requirements:
Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Google Apps & Xero
Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
An extremely high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
The ideal candidate will have the passion and aptitude for administrative services. He/she values time and has a strong work ethic to go the extra mile. The candidate is also willing to learn and develop his/her skills, coupled with a great sense of initiative.
