[login to view URL] I am an licensed loan officer in California and works as independent contractors or mortgage broker working with many lenders at the same time. My service is about helping homeowner or home buyer to find out which lenders have the right loan programs for their financial needs. For every borrower serviced, I would receive a good commission from the lender who provide the loan to the borrower. Needless to say, the more borrowers I could helped, the more commission would go to my bank account. This is the reason I need assistants who could get more borrowers for me, and I am happy to share a good portion of my commission with the assistant. More specifically, There are two kind of work for loan officer to complete a mortgage loan deal: one is technical work, and the other is customer service. Technical portion include borrower’s qualification, defining the right loan program for each loan scenario, and calculating the cost of borrowing a loan. Only licensed loan officers are supposed do the technical work due to the government regulation. Therefore the only job left for assistants should do is the customer service including cold calling, telemarketing, collect borrowers financial information and documentation, help borrower in mortgage loan application. Since the lenders only work with licensed loan officer, the only party would pay to the assistants is the licensed loan officer who hires the [login to view URL] mortgage lending is a lucrative business. If you are good at telemarketing and customer service, a long term and stable income would be guaranteed. I am looking for longer term working relationship with my assistants.

Hi good day! My name is Carla P. Tan, 36 of age from the Philippines. I've been working online since 2010. My usual job online is a multi-tasked Virtual Assistant in a real estate company . When I say "multi-tasked" tasks includes, waking up my boss and reminding him of the daily activities and meetings that he have for the day, ordering online his coffee to be delivered to his office, answers incoming calls but i also do outbound cold calling (of course with telephone etiquette and a script if it is outbound calls), I also do email handling, in email handling, i do reply most of the messages that was left by my former boss and does the part of email sales, wherein we already have a generic script for the leads, we just copy and paste it. Part of my job also is encoding/data entry, whatever data that we will be gathering during our outbound calls, we immediately encode it. I also do a power point presentation for my former boss. I know I can excel in this kind of job since i already have an experience. In my personal side, i am very dedicated person when it comes to my job. Hi! Back in few years, i was hired by bell canada as a sales representative (virtual) i was with a bpo company that time. In terms of the language, i pretty much understance the difference b/w american and candian english so to help further understand the needs of the customers and find a way to properly give help to them. I was also hired as a collection manager in an australian debt purchasing company we dealt with bank accounts that we are considering to file legal case against the debtor. So as understanding their financial aspect i would say we somehow touched base some part of their mortgage and the other way around of it and interms of collecting funds from customers we have trained to be a good collectors with a good heart.
