I come with 5 years virtual customer support experience, including having trained and managed large teams of 25-30 customer support reps. I have extensive knowledge in most call center metrics such as LTR, AHT, NPS, ACW, Adherence, etc. Additionally, I have strong working knowledge in areas such as time management, multi-tasking and prioritization.
In addition to the above mentioned I am also highly knowledgeable in Excel and Word as well as Outlook. I am a quick learner also so anything I don't know you can be sure I'll be able to learn it rather quickly.
