I have an ePub file that contains Entries consisting of English words along with their pronunciation and meaning in the Burmese language.
The entries appear in a few different formats. Here are a few examples:
Entry example 1:
Format of entry is
<English>
<Pronunciation in Burmese>
<Writing in Burmese>
Entry:
poultry dish
kyet thaa hinn
ကြက်သားဟင်း
Entry example 2:
Format of entry is:
<English> <Pronunciation in Burmese> <Writing in Burmese>
It’s not so./It’s not true. Ma hoke phoo. မဟုတ်ဘူး။
Entry example 3:
You can pay me back later.
[MALE] Naut hma kya-nawt go pyan payy bah.
နောက်မှွကျန်တော့်ကို ပြန်ပေးပါ။
[FEMALE] Naut hma kya-ma go pyan payy bah.
နောက်မှွကျန်မ ကို ပြန်ပေးပါ။
Those are just 3 examples of Entry formats, though there can be more.
The job, should you choose to accept it, is to import all of the entries in the document to a CSV where each Entry's fields will populate one column.
An example. Let's say we have the following entry in the document:
Entry:
poultry dish
kyet thaa hinn
ကြက်သားဟင်း
In the resulting CSV, this should be :
English | Burmese | Pronunciation
poultry dish | kyet thaa hinn | ကြက်သားဟင်း
We can discuss the details about how to convert the rest of the entries.
