Personal trainer and owner of Eat Nakd UK, a healthy meal preparation service looking for staff!
I prep, cook and deliver healthy homemade meals to my clients and anyone else that needs help to achieve either a specific fitness goal or just generally maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Meals are preordered for the week (currently 300 meals a week approx.) and the cooking is done on Sundays and Wednesdays.
The work will require cooking experience - quality control and standarisation of meals and ensuring each meal is presentable!
Organisational skills - portion control, stock checks, counting and labelling
Some general admin and cleaning.
