Hi, I need a server that expose some web services so i will able to initiate phone calls from the server to a real phone numbers and record those calls. the web services will expose the following API: 1. Create Call - {from , to ..} - return call id 2. Get Recorded call - get the audio record of the call by id 3. get all calls... .... The calls should be international calls and not US only - Israel.
